Exceptionally friendly kitchen staff made breakfasts delightful.

Our experience was marred by noise issues from the street and barking dogs, which made relaxing difficult. Additionally, our room cleaning was irregular. some days we received service, while others we did not. To top it off, communication with management was poor when it came to resolving issues, like the laundry mishap with our clothing that was never returned.

The bed was lumpy, yet the pool area was nice for the kids.

Breakfast had a delightful garden view every morning.

Nothin' beats that morning spread—fresh fruit and coffee while waitin' on my eggs, just like mama used to make. The staff? Bless their hearts, they really made ya feel at home. The pool area was simply gorgeous, perfect for unwinding after long walks into town. Just wish the breakfast was a bit more consistent, but I reckon we’ll be back!

The spacious rooms were super clean and offered a charming garden view. The staff were genuinely friendly, especially in the kitchen, making breakfast an absolute delight! Felt quite safe with the 24-hour security too!

we absolutely loved our stay at villa segovia! the deluxe room was spacious and felt like a mini flat, very well furnished. the outdoor swimming pool and garden were perfect for relaxation. the hotel was super clean and the atmosphere was peaceful, which made it a great escape.

overall, a fantastic stay, but a bit of a trek to nearby shops without a car.

I stayed in the Double or Twin Room with Swimming Pool Access for 4 nights. The room was spacious and well-appointed, really comfy with great temperature control. The decor was charming, especially since it was decked out for Christmas. You could tell a lot of thought went into the design. The breakfast was tasty too, which is always a win!
